Our financial analytics technology, Empower, is used by finance teams to transform manual planning, analysis and reporting processes, with automation and intelligence, improving insight and efficiency. It is highly valued by our blue-chip customer base who regularly publicly advocate our solutions, whether that is at our own Tomorrow's CFO seminars or the Davos World Economic Forum.

We have a talented team of 60 people, with offices in London and New York and we are committed to maintaining a diverse working environment and a strong company culture. We are proud to be an equal opportunities employer and a values-driven business.

Over the last five years we have achieved 15% year on year growth in the UK and 30% in the US, to +£6m in revenues, while launching tier one partnerships with EY in the US and Avant Corporation in Japan.  We have just raised £3.5m of investment to accelerate our cloud roadmap, launch our Empower community and expand our sales and marketing activities, with the goal of achieving +£20m in revenues by 2025.

About the Sales & Marketing function

To date, marketing activities have been conducted by our brand manager, customer communications manager and other non-specialist roles within Metapraxis and external agencies, and our sales activities have been conducted by the CEO and Customer Success team. Our recent investment process enables the creation of a dedicated Sales & Marketing team. We have a Marketing Director joining the business at the end of this year and we are recruiting for a Sales Executive in each of the US and the UK. The successful candidates will be able to shape the development of the team within this exciting marketplace.
